 ious school program which begins at 1st grade is a small program with ve
 ry experienced teachers and Individualized tailored study program of Heb
 rew.\nInspiring Judaica curriculum- We strive to give our students a stro
 ng basis in Jewish literacy (holidays\, traditions\, Hebrew language &amp\
 ; stories)\, Jewish ritual practices\, a personal understanding of God\, t
 he Jewish soul\, and Jewish ethics.\nOur Staff-Community Shul of Montecito
  and Santa Barbara provides a deeply meaningful program supported by indiv
 idualized meetings with Rabbi Arthur and weekly tutorial support by our He
 brew speaking religious school staff.\nIndividualized B’nai Mitzvah Expe
 rience- The individualized B’nai Mitzvah program begins when the student
  becomes part of the program and is provided individualized Hebrew educati
 on based on one’s ability. This unique focus on individual needs continu
 es throughout the entire program.\nCommunity building activities- There ar
 e community building activities such as our ‘famous’ Fairfax Food’ o
 r ‘Los Angeles Synagogue’ Tour and the Rabbi’s retreat. Six months b
 efore the bar/bat event\, Rabbi Arthur meets with the candidate and candid
 ate’s family on a regular basis.
