Shiviti: Creating a Jewish Meditation Practice Cancelled
A shiviti is a visual aid for meditation and contemplation, using Hebrew names of G-d. Every Hebrew letter has a divine vibration that is amplitude when used in divine names. the divine name can be used as a portal to devekut (union).
When we meditate in this way, we are carried into deep silence and unitive consciousness.
In this workshop you will create your own shiviti with a name of G-d that resonates with your soul. rough chant,
meditation and inquiry, we will explore how to bring this divine quality to all your relationships and to your daily life.

Dani Antman is an author, artist, healer, and spiritual guide. She has practiced and taught Jewish meditation for the past 15 years. She was a senior teacher at the School for Nondual Awakening and Healing for over 9 years. She has taught at Esalen Institute, The Lionheart Institute for Transpersonal Energy Healing, and at various synagogues in California.
Dani is a recent graduate of Kol Zimra, a training in Hebrew chant with Rabbi Shefa Gold. She created her
own collection of tallit as well as a series of paintings of the Hebrew leters. Her memoir, ‘Wired for God, Adventures of
a Jewish Yogi’ was published August 2017.
